2 deviled eggs
1/2 ounce hot pepper cheese
1/4 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup diced kiwi
Leftover Denny's burger (half) with cheese, tomato, lettuce (no bun)
1/2 cup baby carrots and 1/2 cup red pepper slices with 1 T. ranch
2 ounces deli roast beef + 2 T. pimento cheese spread, rolled in lettuce leaves
2 T. cocoa almonds and 3 dried cherries
By the time I got home from work at a little after 8 o'clock I was not hungry so I skipped dinner. I felt fine all day even though the numbers are very low.
