5K Training

My exercise routine has been haphazard and unfocused. I realized today that it's only FOUR WEEKS until the Color Run 5K. O crap.

Today I found this 5K training program that sounds totally doable and should get me ready for race day. I'll have to jump in at Week 3 but randomness has looked a bit like Weeks 1 and 2 so I think I'll be okay.
