1/2 C. sliced strawberries and 1/4 C. sliced peaches

Dinner (6:30pm)
Gourmet Chili Dogs (this recipe for the chili and 1 Oscar Meyer Angus Selects beef frank) - no bun
1 cup steamed broccoli with cheese

Analysis
I was quite hungry by 4 o'clock but waited until dinner instead of having a snack. Overall, it was a pretty good day.
