Breakfast (6am)
2 scrambed eggs
2 oz. homemade sausage
1/2 C. cottage cheese with 1 pineapple ring

Lunch (11am)
Eggs & peas with cream sauce
1/2 C. sliced strawberries and 1/4 C. sliced peaches

Dinner (6pm)
3 crunchy tacos with seasoned ground beef, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, and salsa
1 cup Mexican Stir-Fried Veggies (recipe)

Calories: 1,469
Carbs: 70
Protein: 96

Analysis
Numbers are okay and I felt good. (Ever since discovering that I can squeeze tacos into my menu plan, I want to eat them ALL THE TIME. This is possibly not a good thing.)
