4 cups air-popped popcorn
2 oz. cheese
1 oz. salami

I worked a 9 hour shift (10-7) with only one 15 minute break so my food and meal times were a bit weird. I was quite hungry by 6 o'clock and by the time I got home at 7:30 I was starving and my blood sugar was crashing. I didn't want to prepare a meal so I just had a snack and went to bed. It wasn't a great day but there really wasn't much I could have done differently.
