Breakfast (7am)
2 fried eggs
1/2 C. sliced strawberries and 1/4 cup peaches

Snack (10:30am)
4 ounce blueberry Greek yogurt
1 ounce hard salami
1 ounce Monterey cheese

Lunch (1:30pm)
3 oz. sirloin beef tips and 1 cup portabella mushrooms marinated in creamy balsamic dressing
1+ cup Smashed Cauliflower and Broccoli (see Recipe Page for info about this recipe)

Dinner (7pm)
Pepperoni Stuffed Chicken (recipe - minus the breading/frying)
Roasted Green Beans with Mushrooms, Balsamic, and Parmesan (recipe)
1/2 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup sliced kiwi

How delightful that my numbers are on target, because the food was so good that I felt like I was feasting all day! (I can eat STEAK and be on the low end with calories? Bliss!)
