Analysis
I was not hungry at lunch and my stomach was being weird so I didn't want to force myself to eat. I still wasn't hungry at 3 o'clock but I ate a snack because I had to go to my second job and I didn't want to suddenly feel like crap because I hadn't eaten. Same thing with the protein bar at 6 o'clock. I really had no appetite all day.
