Dinner (6:30pm)
Key West Grilled Chicken - 4 oz. (recipe)
Cauliflower "Rice" - 1.5 cups (recipe)
Salad (spring mix, blue cheese, walnuts, balsamic dressing)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries

The numbers are low, but I wasn't really hungry and it was a rather lazy day.
