Breakfast (5:30am)
2 fried eggs
3 oz. homemade turkey sausage
1/2 cup cottage cheese & 1 pineapple ring

Lunch (11am)
4 oz. burger with portabella mushrooms and blue cheese (no bun)
1 C. sliced raw carrot
1/2 C. sliced strawberries

Dinner (6:30pm)
Ham & Cauliflower Casserole AuGratin (recipe)
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup sliced strawberries

A couple weird things. At about 2:30 I had this bizarre feeling - sorta restless, sorta cravy. I wasn't really hungry but I wanted something.  And I've had a dull naggy headache all day.  (I assume this is because I've dropped my carbs the last few days, from 75ish to 50ish?)  Then at 5 I was ravenously hungry. Like, "I feel like I haven't eaten since 2002" hungry. I don't know what that was about because my numbers for the day were all okay. I'm definitely glad I had comfort food planned for dinner. If it had been fish, I don't know what kind of diet atrocities I may have committed!
