Meal #1 (7am)
2 deviled eggs
1/2 ounce hot pepper cheese
1/4 cup blueberries

Meal #2 (9am)
1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 pineapple ring

Lunch (11:30am)
3.5 ounces grilled chicken
1 cup steamed broccoli
1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Meal #4 (1:30pm)
2 ounces deli roast beef + 2 T. pimento cheese spread, rolled in lettuce leaves
1 stalk celery with 1 T. peanut butter

Dinner (6:30pm)
Half a burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato (no bun)
1/2 C. broccoli

Meal #6 (9:30pm)
2 cups air-popped popcorn
1/2 ounce smoked cheddar

Meals were weird because it was a weird day. Also, it was  a friend's birthday and she wanted to go to Denny's for dinner. I planned ahead and went to the website and figured out a meal that would be diet friendly and that I could enjoy. (And was horrified to learn how much I used to consume when eating there!)
