Breakfast (7:30am)
2 eggs, scrambled, with 1/2 oz. cheddar
1.5 oz. sirloin steak
Cottage cheese with blueberry purée and almonds (recipe)

Lunch (12:30pm)
Cheeseburger Flatbread (corn tortilla, ground beef, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, 1000 Island - Denny's copycat)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Snack (5:15pm)
2 hardcooked eggs
1 medium stalk of celery with 1 T. peanut butter

Carbs: 45
Protein: 71

I worked my second job today and by the time I got home at 8pm I was really not hungry or in the mood to cook dinner. The numbers aren't too terrible though there's a serious lackage of veggies.
