are 1400 calories or less, and (except for Monday) have less than 100g carbs.

with scrambled egg, spinach, mushrooms, cheese,
and a homemade sausage patty (recipe)

TUESDAY and THURSDAY LUNCH


Bacon & Brussels Sprouts Salad (recipe) with shredded chicken added
Fresh fruit

WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY LUNCH


Chicken Meatballs with Chipotle-Honey Sauce (recipe)
(Use oatmeal in place of the bread crumbs to make it wheat free)
Coleslaw
Fresh fruit

TUESDAY DINNER


Balsamic Mustard Chicken (recipe)
(I use chicken drumsticks)
Roasted green beans

WEDNESDAY DINNER


Ginger Shrimp & Broccoli Stirfry (recipe)
Cauliflower Fried "Rice" (recipe)

THURSDAY DINNER


Indonesian Ginger Chicken (recipe)
Mashed Cauliflower & Carrots with Herbs (recipe)

FRIDAY DINNER


Steak Taco Salad
skirt steak marinated in Mojo Marinade (recipe)
plus organic romaine, avocados, tomatoes, cucumbers,
black bean & corn salsa, cheddar, and corn tortilla strips

SATURDAY DINNER


Gourmet Chili Dogs (recipe) <-- This chili is freakin' fabulous!
(I use black beans and cannellini beans and 
serve it bunless with diced Oscar Meyer Angus Selects Beef Franks)
Tossed salad with lots of veggies and Marie's Yogurt Parmesan Caesar dressing

SNACK IDEAS


Peanut Butter Cookie Hummus (recipe) with apple slices and celery sticks


Salami, Pickle, and Cheese Kebobs
(I use Hormel Natural Choice Uncured Salami)
Raw veggies


Avocado Deviled Eggs (recipe)
Raw veggies
