Pork Chop with Peach Barbecue Sauce (recipe)
Roasted zucchini

The Peach Barbecue Sauce added some carbs I really didn't need. But was it worth it? Oh, yeah. Also, because this day wasn't preplanned, I just kinna went with my hunger which seemed to dictate a need for smaller meals including snacks. Not my usual, but it worked.
