Ham & Bacon Omelet (2 eggs, 2 oz. ham, 1 slice bacon. 1/2 oz. cheddar)
Cottage cheese with blueberry purée and almonds (recipe)

Lunch (12:15pm)
Gourmet Chili Dogs (this recipe for the chili and 1 Oscar Meyer Angus Selects beef frank) - no bun
1/2 cup raw broccoli florets with 1 T. blue cheese dressing

Dinner (6:15pm)
4 oz. shrimp, cooked in 1 T. butter with a lot of garlic and black pepper
Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing (recipe)
1/4 cup sliced strawberries and 1/4 cup sliced banana

The numbers are spot on and I felt great.
