Breakfast (4:45 am)
Omelet with chicken, bacon, mushrooms, and swiss
Cottage cheese with applesauce

Lunch (11 am)
Lettuce wraps with tuna salad and tomatoes
Raw broccoli with ranch dressing
Celery with peanut butter

Dinner (6 pm)
BBQ Chicken Chili (I sort of followed this recipe)
Apple Slaw (broccoli slaw, diced apples, apple vinaigrette)
