Polska kielbasa with melted cheddar
Cottage cheese with applesauce

Chicken breast stuffed with salami and garden vegetable cream cheese*
Steamed broccoli

Pork and broccoli slaw stir-fry with teriyaki sauce

Deviled eggs
Baby carrots
Banana (1/3 of a small one)

Weird meals because it was a weird day. But I hit all my target numbers and did well with the fruits & veggies. 

*The chicken breast stuffed with salami and garden vegetable cream cheese was soooo yummy. Weirdly, I guess I invented a new recipe because I can't find any such thing on the internet. 

One chicken breast, pounded thin. Spread with 1 T. garden vegetable cream cheese. Add one slice of genoa/hard salami. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Place in baking dish and cover with foil. Bake 350, 30-45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Easy. Delicious.

Serve with one cup of steamed broccoli and you have a fabulous meal that's under 300 calories!
